Thank you for supporting Zombie Queen’s Elixirs! We are committed to providing you with magical, high-quality teas crafted with care. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
 

All Sales Are Final Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tea or herbal items. We prioritize the safety and freshness of our products for all customers.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at IRZombiequeen@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
 

Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
 

Lost Packages Once a package leaves our lair (warehouse), we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However, we will help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

other Scenarios Where Refunds Would Not Typically Be Granted:
Change of Mind: The customer decides they no longer want or need the SaaS product after the refund eligibility period has passed. For example, they found a different product they prefer, or they no longer need the service due to changes in their business.

External Factors: The customer is unable to use the product due to factors outside of Zombie Queen's Elixirs control, such as improper use of supplies, not having to correct equipment to utilize supplies, etc.
